Canceling a vodacom contract is like voting for ANC & expecting Change.

Canceling a contract is worse than trying to get divorced. My mom canceled one of her contracts in February. Till today Vodacom is billing her. She tried calling and Vodacom blocked her number from calling. She went to the back to reverse the debit orders and paid her actual balance due to them at their branch in Highveld Mall Witbank. She was advised to send an email to cancel Debit order and so that she pays them the amount due to them monthly because they have turned her bank account into a playground where they take what suits them. They called her yesterday and said they can't cancel because her account is arrears after she reversed her money and paid them what was rightfully due to them. She has never used what they were loading in that sim card and they can take it back. Their employees keep sending her from pillar to post, blaming it on the next department. If they don't reimburse my mom what they took in March cause her bank could not reverse it and cancel that contract cause they pretend they can not override their systems. My siblings and I are happy to write a review about them weekly until this is sorted out. If we could everyday we would. My mom is tired, she works Night shift and can't come back and sleep peacefully cause Vodacom is messing with her money.
