Canceled CLI without any explanation

I have been using my number since 2010 and 2 days ago i have noticed that all the incoming calls are on Private, and when i phone vodacom the consultant advised me that it was cancelled on the 31st of may and reactivated the free CLI and they do not advise the customers to go for that 1 as it is not guaranteed. so now she then told me that there is a 10.00 service fee that i have to pay every month to reactivate the CLI, i have been using this number for so long and i have never expirienced this before, why now? when i wanted to cancel my contract the guy that i was talking to actually advised me that i will not be paying for CLI. what changed? please give explanation. i dont take private callers in my phone and i blocked them so now i was forced to unblock them because of Vodacom.<br> <br> Regards<br> Asavela<br>
