Cancelations process
I've had over 8 phone calls to your retentions department regarding my lime being canceled. Your back end service does not know what is happening, your staff are extremely unprofessional and I am being sent from pillar to post. All I want to do is cancel my line but Not a single dam person can assist. I've sent through all paperwork required, turn around times were given.. . Yet not progress on my request..... why do this company have so much *********** staff.....it's pathetic seriously.
I would not advise anybody to use this network.... and I've been with vodacom for more than 20 years.

05 Jun 2025, 13:55It has been more than 48hrs now (2 business days).... a gentleman by the name of Dean who has claimed to have listened to all my previous call recordings requested me to forward my documents to him...
I did and yet still no response....not even an email acknowledging that the documents has been received and to state what the next process is. Vodacom South africareally need to work on your after sale service..... totally unacceptable...... it's taking me nearly 2 weeks to do an early cancelation!!!!! 2 weeks! I wouldn't recommend another client to this provider.
