The Cup Goes to Lungile Loreine Zulu. BEST SERVICE EVER
I was very unhappy and pleased with Vodacom. I spoke with the number of call centre agents. Lungile Loreine Zulu takes the cup. 19/05/2021.
She was very calm, easy, spoke well, spoke exactly like a vodacom consultant should. I wish I can have her work address to send her flowers and Chocolate.
My query was not resolve, immediately but she promised to do the right thing. She listened to my problem, we connect as a client and consultant.
She was WOW, IS SGE WAS ON SA IDOLS SHE WAS GOING FOR A GOLDEN TICKET WITH A WHUUUUUUUUUUU SHAME FROM SOMGAGA
