Cancelation of contract
I have a contract with vodacom, lately been having difficult paying so now decided to cancel the contract, went to wonderpark vodacom they said they can't help I must contact customer care, all they do is drop my call cause no one is willing to help cancel the contract even if I state my reason for cancelation.

03 Nov 2022, 15:11I called from all departments ***, ***, *** all I get is people feel like if he/she can't solve a problem that means it can't escalated to his/her seniors, or ask the next person to help. Your employees must be taught if you don't your colleagues would have experienced same problem and they did get a solution.
