Cancelation of contract!!!!!!!!!!!

Vodacom is lying to people and takeing there money, cause you take out a contract for 36 months but you must pay 38 months if you want to cancel the contract and when you phone to cancel they they don't listen to what you want from them but just do as they wish! All I wanted was to make my contract a prepaid but now I must pay for 2 months more before they cancel it and I must pay R28 for something I didn't want!! Because of VODACOM STAFF that did not listen to me!!!!
