Cancelation of contract

Ever since I tried to cancel my cellphone contract with vodacom, their cancelation number keeps on performing or its me I'm not sure. I'm so disappointed that I keep trying to call every other month from February but I bet to you, no one is coming back to me yet when I wanted the contract they were so quick to attend to it. This company is a 😈 devil. I do not know how can you keep deducting money on someone's account whereas they have asked numerous times for you to cancel the damn thing. I'm so defeated and I feel.like I'm only left with complaining to ICASA because this people do not wanna action my cancelation
