Cancelation nightmare - Voda Contract

so frustrated with Vodacom, I cancelled my contract, My Contract term ended in May, were I called in June and cancelled that was not processed.

July I logged a complaint and eventually someone called me and connected me to someone in cancellation were she said she’s processed my cancelation.

Little did I know that was not done once again, July there was no debit for that and I thought all is good and my contact is cancelled, Only to be told my account is in areas now,

i was called on the 15th July, Tebogo Mogashoa from eService team transferred my call to Renal in cancelations who said this is done,

I logged another complaint via facebook, someone has been dealing with me on fb, another agent called me on Saturday stating that she’s requesting a call recording, NOW WHY THE HELL DO YOU SUSPEND MY LINE TODAY WITHOUT EVEN INVESTIGATIONS, as i tried to reach them on *** it just cut and on my last attempt it said i have tried to contact many times they will call me back, i cant speak to an agent, an agent called me later in the day as i was still explaining she hung up, i was called again today and this Dikeledi agent i spoke to Cleary doesn't even know know what she was talking about as she stated my line is cancelled , which i know for a fact its not as you still went ahead to put the R175 airtime i used to get, i called Voda maponya and i was advised they cant help as my line is already blocked i need to call cancelations, i called *** automated message saying they also cant help due to my line being blocked and in arrears\!!!!!!!!!! arrears for a line and contract i cancelled this is really frustrating i need urgent assistance...

WHERE THE HELL DO I ESCALATE THIS TOO!!!!!!!! This is utter nonsense Reinstate my line so I can port to another network soonest please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
