Cancelation nightmare

Cancelation of a contract is such a nightmare. I keep calling and being told i need to call the next day then after i get someone on the day of Cancelation i get told its done. But no confirmation sent then you try to sell me things i dont need. I dont want anything to do with vodacom i have been having problems since day one just cancel my contract so that i can move on with life
