Cancelation and migration

I am disappointed by vodacom which does not even start now. I called to cancel my contract as I have been having issues with them but the contract qas not canceled or the downgrade that I was advised to go for rather than cancelling, it was not processed. I am now invoiced a large amount of money because they are a big company and they can bully people and rob them of their money I guess but I will not be paying a **** to this company as it is their fault. From February its now April and the migration has not yet been process. This is utterly bull**** 😡😡🤬
