Cancelation
I was contacted by a gentleman from retentions department from vodacom due to me canceling 2 out of my 3 contracts, he offerd me a good deal to remain on the vodacom network. Unfortunately i cant recall his name. Now when i call back to ask for the deal he has said to me the other operators dont seem to help. Therefore i would also be terminating my 3rd contract with Vodacom in September.

19 Jul 2021, 01:03I was contacted by the person investigating my querry. Still no Joy was not even offered a good deal or some sort of convincing to keep me happy and with vodacom. Your staff needs to be trained better to help us customers. You guys lack customer service. After 15 years of being loyal to vodacom i will end my contract and services with Vodacom. Hello Telkom Hello MTN... I recived better customer service and found what i needed... 15 years Vodacom.. all the best
