Cancel Vodacom contract please. 😒

Now that Vodacom com collected the router. Now I'm being told that they are reversing the uncapped contract. Back to the 20 gig contract. The reason I did the early upgrade to uncapped is because the 20 gig was not enough for me. Let me make it clear for them to understand me. I DONT WANT TO GO BACK TO THE 20GIG CONTRACT. I HAVE TAKEN A CONTRACT WITH ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. ALL I WANT IS THE VODACOM CONTRACT TO BE CANCELED. AND FOR TO GET MY REFUND. ALL THOSE R450 I'VE BEEN DEBITED FROM DECEMBER UNTI END OF APRIL.THATS WHAT I WAS PROMISED. THAT I MUST RETURN THE ROUTER. THEN THEY ARE GOING TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT THEN REFUND ME.NOT WHAT THEMBI AND SIPHELELE ARE TELLING ME.CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST. I'M DONE WITH VODACOM.
