CANCEL VODACOM CONTRACT
Am struggling since December 2020 to cancel 2 contracts. I have phoned Vodacom Call centre (cancelation dept) several times (>5) and every time the consultants confirm it’s been done wait for end of month and confirmation sms etc but to my surprise nothing is sent and the contracts continue. Am i not allowed to cancel contracts that have ended ?
I want return my number as prepaid but cancel the contracts. Contracts ended Dec 2020. Please help,
