Cancel Upgrade - Cant get through to call centre

I wrote a report on the 25 th of march - its almost 3 weeks ago now and ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE FROM VODACOM!!! The most pathetic service I have ever experienced - dont think you will be charging me the new price - it will not be paid and these reports are my proof that i tried
