Cancel this contract

Ref no story goes like this I took a Vodacom Contract under Mondo and Vodacom which was a home ruiter ..they sent it to me in August 2024 and i received it then iphoned them immediately after receiving it enquiring about the ruiter asking if I'll be able to use it anywhere and they said no then I said it is a wrong ruiter they made me took another contract with the promise that they will send courier to come and fetch this home ruiter and cancel the home ruiter contract and will deliver the small ruiter that I can use any where..they did send the small ruiter and collected the the big router after fighting with them...ive received a call on the 12 May 2025 saying theyve received the router they will cancel the contract and refund me the money they've been deducting..but till todayi haven't received received the cancelation letter from nor receive my money...VODACOM PLEASE PAY ME BACK MY MONEY AND CANCEL THIS CONTRACT .
