Cancel the Contract.

Where do we start.. These are the *********** people at Vodacom that we are dealing with to cancel a simple contract: Andile Simphiwe Mandisa (who is the rudest from all of them) Hypersia (who is the imaginary "team leader" where queries get escalated and who is supposed to phone you and doesn't, maybe that is the excuse consultants use to get rid of irate customers)

My wifes contract has come to an end and we are requesting the number to be converted to prepaid.

This simple request has taken us 2 months to get sorted.

Really pathetic service.
