CANCEL THE CONTRACT AND REFUND ME BACK MY MONEY

Ref no RCO-615706..My story goes like this I took a Vodacom Contract under Mondo and Vodacom which was a home ruiter ..they sent it to me in August 2024 and i received it then iphoned them immediately after receiving it enquiring about the ruiter asking if I'll be able to use it anywhere and they said no then I said then it is a wrong ruiter they made me took another contract with the promise that they will send courier to come and fetch this home ruiter and cancel the home ruiter contract and will deliver the small ruiter that I can use any where..they did send the small ruiter but never collected the small...they said it will be done in 7 days but never did ...I've been calling them with the promise verytime that they will fetch it after 7days but never since August 2024 till now February 2025.witj the promise that they will cancel my contract and refund me my money of which they never did instead they keep deducting. They have sent y courierguy to come and collect zhe home router and they call me back to say as soon as they receive it at the warehouse they will cancel the contract and refund me back my money it's been 2 weeks now still nothing. Instead i received an SMS saying the ticket has been closed..how? Because i haven't received m whats due to me. I have 2 contract with them and I'm a single mother of 4 and unable to keep up with them. Please assist in cancelling the home ruiter contract and want my refund . I'm struggling financially I'm a widow and have 4 kids please take this home router that you agreed to collect. I can't afford it I'm not even using it. Mondo has a tendency of doing that tricking people to take contract by force. PLEASE CANCEL THE CONTRACT AND REFUND ME BACK MY MONEY!! YOU HAVE YOUR ROUTER.
