Cancel that order

I took out a contract in march and I was never informed that the is no stock…then someone called me after I wrote on this platform and said she will escalate but Vodacom being Vodacom not taking US serious nothing happened….so now 3 months later I receive an sms with an order no K***. Do you think a normal person will wait that long to get a phone while we have so many services options that we can choose from. So I don’t need that phone anymore and I will never take a contract with you guys…so cancel that damn order as I don’t need it the service level of Vodacom is a joke lately.
