Cancel that contact cause now I must pay for a second hand phone that is broken

Im still waiting for someone from Vodacom to contact me with regards to a new phone that is in for repairs . I must pay a contract for three years and the phone is faulty within the first week I received it. Vodacom can really cancel that contract I'm not interested anymore .No one up to date contacted me since I logged the complained.
