Cancel of Vodacom Laptop Contract
Good day, I got a laptop from Vodacom it was a phone call and it was offered to me as a special. I'm trying to cancel the contract and stop Vodacom from taking my capital. There is just no one how wants to assist me. I phone and all they tell me is that because it is online it can not be cancel. I can not pay it anymore. When I go to a store they also do not want to assist me because it is online done. According National Credit act as in section 14 and the National Consumer protection act. You are obliged to adhere to the act as my situation is according the act as such. I want to act thus to serve in good faith to resolve this issue now.

Someone from vodacom phoned me and told me that my contract with vodacom is canceled after I reported it on Hello Peter. Why are you trying to take money from my bank account? I NEVER got an statement from day 1 until now. So why is it that you are trying to take money after you said it is canceled?
Here you say it is canceled so what are you trying to take my money?
