Cancel my contract please Vodacom

My contract has ended and Vodacom won’t cancel and I don’t understand why we must call and ask you guys to cancel the contract. My contract was 36 months and it ended like 3 Months ago but somehow Vodacom won’t cancel and they keep charging me.

I had another contract with Vodacom and I want to pay for one but they don’t want to cancel my previous contract which ended.
