Cancel insurance
Vodacom is beating about the bushes, I cancelled my cellphone insurance in June but they didn't cancel it and it deducted in July. It is still active to this day despite numerous calls to cancel and refund me. I'm in an abusive relationship with this company and I'm not happy.
