Party in the background so the agent claims my signal (5g full signal) is the problem and cuts call repeatedly... trying to cancel is impossible... time to go to the ICASA

14 Feb 2024, 17:37This is actually the third time I have experienced loud parties in your call center impeding the agent's ability to take calls. Maybe stop taking calls when the party starts so that customers don't have to go to other forums to actually get a response from a human being... sorry TOBI is just not creating a connection that shows Vodacom cares about service. It's creating the opposite; Vodacom really does not want to talk to customers.
