Cancel contract useless

From February 2020 being cold called by Vodacom up to 3 times a day to upgrade an existing contract, after blocking all their contact numbers it has stopped. Then April in actual fact almost every month or so Vodacom want to sell another new product and when you want to explain they just hang up. We wanted to migrate with Vodacom to fibre 3 months before contract was complete but we couldnt do it, we have now waited the full 24 months for the contract to finish. We will be going ahead with fibre with a different service provider for sure. Now from yesterday Ive probably been holding on for an agent for a total of 2 hours almost and no one answers not on 135 or ***, as Im typing this i have been holding on for 10:55sec. how difficult is it to cancel a contract with these people, the staff at the store that do pick up the phones just say they cannot help with anything

Hi Vodacom, I received the call yesterday explaining that someone would contact me, not yesterday or today which is friday did I receive such a call? I cannot call back on the line that was used to contact me. Ive sent the second email to ***. Monday is 6th July and like all other service providers if and when i finally get in touch with you I will be told I must call back at the beginning of the month to provide a months notice even if ive been struggling for almost a whole week. I have noticed that large companies such as yourselves have more staff monitoring hellopeter than just attending to normal customer care, its embarrassing as a client to have to turn to hellopeter, just if more than one person is appointed in the correct departments no one would turn to using hellopeter....... I hope this assists with your process improvement

Have you ever been blocked by a service provider????? Well I have called so many times that Vodacom thinks I'm ********** and now there is no way of getting through unless I call a special number at normal rates, lets hope this works....
