Cancel contract

I'm back complaining about Vodacom. They *****ed me with a cellphone, their service is pathetic and now when I wanted to cancel a contract, I was told that it only expires in 2027. So they want to eat my money for 2 years. When I was not happy I was transferred from one useless to another and cut off.

So I want to know who upgrade it, when was it upgraded. I want them to get the call recording, as I know I was told it's month to month and I can cancel anytime. I want number *** to be canceled and made prepaid.

I CANNOT BE *****ED BY VODACOM OVER AND OVER AND EVERY MONTH YOU WANT MONEY. NOW YOU HAVE TO SHOW ME THAT I'M A VALUED CUSTOMER AS YOU ALWAYS TRY TO MAKE CUSTOMERS SOFT.
