Cancel 5GB Data Top up deal, sold *********ly to my mother

My mother is a pensioner and don't understand how mobile data deals work. A Vodacom telemarketer phoned up my mother and although my mother said no several times to the telemarketer kept on pushing my mother to take the deal. As pensioner she does not understand how these deals work. The telemarketer kept on phusing her although my mother several times said no. The telemarketer kept on pusing and my mother eventually said yes, without fully undertsanding the package.

She now received a 3g router and an extra number that she is being billed for that she has no use for and needs to pay R280 per month.

She is a pensioner and can't afford this 5GB Top deal that was forced onto her and did not want to listen to my mother.

Your telemarketer was forcefull and demanding and did not respect my mother's initial NO answer.

Now my mother is trying to cancel the contract but as expected, NOBODY WITHIN VODACOM CAN ASSIST HER.

Please cancel this contract with immediate effect as this contract was *********ly forced onto my mother.

Your urgent assistance will be appreciated or else legal action will have to be taken in order to get this contract cancelled.

JLCF STOLTZ

ID
DATA NUMBER ********** 260

Account number I ********** -2
