Can you Trust Vodacom?

I upgraded my contract with the Samsung S9 when it came out but before this i wanted to move to another provider due to the data costs and so on. The cancellations department gave me 5GB for 24 months to stay which i accepted. The issue i am now experiencing is that there was also a 1GB promo given for 24 months when i got the phone. Its been a few months and i've had endless hassles to get my data packages to stay activated. Now when i call i keep getting told i can only get one package activated at a time. This is such non sense that i get told you can have these data packages and now we will only give you one of them.

I want to know why i am unable to get the 6GB as promised. Why did it work perfectly when i initially got the phone? Then each month i had to call to get the missing package activated and now only one can be activated at a time. Would this apply if i bought the two packages? Would they work then or would i only be able to activate one at a time?

If you get given something how would you react when it gets taken away/back?
