Can you please unsuspend my cellular services of a prepaid number.....Please I beg you Vodacom

I've been trying to Rica my sim card and getting nowhere, horrible expirience indeed with no one knowing what to do. Call centre refered to a Vodashop, then I was advised to make an affidavit that states I'm the owner of the sim(number) that was done after going back more shocking service from Vodashop staff as she told me that I'm wasting her time as she needs to make sales, yes I got the sim card from my cousin but then the consultant accused me of buying sim cards from "Pakistans" whilst chewing a gum with no care in the world. I haven't been able to make out going calls on a prepaid number for months as nobody knows what needs to be done but being mocked and told about tickets that are logged and closed with no resolution. I did everything I'm being asked to do!!!
