Can Vodacom read emails thoroughly?
I sent Vodacom various emails detailing my on-line problem.

They first called the number of the modem (I explained to them that no-one will answer that number as it is the modem - had they READ the email they would have known that).

They called me Saturday 18/04/2015 around 13:50 on my cell phone when I was not at home. I also stated clearly that I use the phone from Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00. On weekends I don't bother taking the phone with me. Again, had they READ the email they would have known that - I mentioned it. Anyway, I gave them four emails to respond to.

According to them it is up to me now to contact them. I do not see it like that: after two failed phone calls they give up - failed because they did not read an email properly..

I have been down this road before many times: send them a detailed email but they still call and ask what the problem is, then onto another person - another explanation. It seems that they do not read emails but use software to scan for numbers which they then call. Why can't they respond by email?

If the written language is a problem why bother having an email option?
