Can't upgrade due to "Low customer profile" after Autopage transfer

Been with Autopage for about 3 years before transferred to Vodacom due to closure. Upgraded successfully to whichever phone I wanted - i.e top end phones during the three years.

A few months ago Autopage hands us over to Vodacom, and now it's time for me to upgrade and I cannot get the iPhone 7 Plus because my "customer profile" is too low. I need to pay in around R11 000 - what the heck?

Here's the thing - two contracts with Vodacom paying around R3k per month to them via debit order, and not a single payment missed. They now want to offer me a Samsung J1 - What a slap in the face!

Upgraded another of my contracts with MTN a few weeks ago, also to an iPhone 7 Plus - no delays, no pay-ins, nothing.

Please let me know how we can solve this so I can get the phone I want on my Vodacom contract, or I will indeed be paying up the last two month, cancelling with Vodacom with immediate effect and never returning.

Thanks.
