Can't Unsubscribe from SPAM SMS

SMS 10X to 31118 before 13 September 2015. T&Cs apply. [URL Removed]<br> <br> I was under the impression that the ECT Act forbade unsolicited communications. Furthermore, is it not a requirement that any marketing messages contain some form of UNSUBSCRIBE link/option.<br> <br> I receive messages like this regularly from Vodacom. Dear Vodacom I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU HAVE ON SPECIAL/SALE/OFFER!! STOP SPAMMING ME!!
