Can't seem to cancel my 3G card

I've been trying to get my 3G card cancelled and I'm not being assisted correctly. The call centre keeps telling me to call the cancellations dept which I'm having no success with contacting.<br> <br> My contract expires end of August and this will be the last payment. <br>
