Can't replace or repair charger without phone

I got the Samsung Note 4 on contract last year November, but now the charger has stopped working( have tested the charger on a friends note 4 and it is not working, but his charger is working on mine, so it is definitely the charger).<br> So I went to Vodacom Value Mart in Rustenburg to get the charger replaced, but they can't just repair or replace my charger without booking in the phone with the charger, and that is ridiculous as there is nothing wrong with the phone, and I can't be without my phone for a few weeks.<br> So I asked can I just then buy a note 4 charger and I was told it is very scarce and I probably won't find one anywhere.<br> So basically if the charger for the note 4 gets faulty you are *****ed.
