Can't receive voice calls or SMS messages for 20 hours
<p>I cannot receive voice calls or SMS messages on Vodacom for 20 hours now. I contacted the Vodacom Call Centre and they are not very helpful. they simply say that their technicians are busy working on the problem and cannot tell us when it will be fixed. We must just be patient with them!! I wonder if they will refund a portion of my subscription fees for the month?</p>
