Can't make out going calls

Hi<br> <br> Please assist. I am unable to make any out going calls from my vodacom sim card ever since it was upgraded the 01/01/2015. The call drops immediately after pressing dial. Not even able to call the call centre. I've tried several times to call Vodacom and have the problem sorted out to no avail.
