Can't make any calls due to suspended line

<p>I lost my phone and then called vodacom to block my line. I made a sim swap, then after that im unable to make any phone calls. I will hear a message that my cellular service has been suspended. I still can receive calls and use my data. After a number of times I called, they send me to other departments(escalation dept) which also failed to help me. After the last call they send me a sms that someone would call me back. After 2 weeks nothing. This is now for almost a month, which i cannot make any phone calls at all. The vodacom shop also failed to help me, everyone will just say that according to the system my line is open, BUT IT'S NOT. So it looks like I will never be able to get help. And i don't think i can pay a month's bill that i didn't even use a service. </p>
