Can't get full internet access from Vodäcom

<p><br />I have been requesting that the parental control on my account be removed. But Vodäcom cannot assist me at all. I have been to almost 10 Vodäcom shops, and the system shows that the parental control is disabled and the technicians there can not assist. I have log calls to have the matter escalated but the customer service team is so stubborn and keeps referring me to voda shops, where I cannot be assisted. </p> <p>Please can I get full access to internet as I can not even go to Vodäcom website, It's so ridiculous.</p> <p> </p>
