Can't cancel my contract

<p>I have phoned numerous times and getting my contact cancelled is impossible. The people I have spoken to tell me that I have to do this over the phone, and they keep sending me links of the quotation (a link) which I can never open from any device, phone or computor. They say there is no other way, what ever happened to going into a shop and having human interaction. Holding for 15 - 25 min every time I phone is disgusting, that is if you get through ro someone. Guess I'm stuck with them.</p> <p>Feeling useless.</p>
