Can't cancel my contract

I am back on hello peter again, because the call center is useless! <br> I logged a mail to cancel my contract ref 007C~CMX2 . Was told to Phone ***<br> I phone them 2015/10/26 was told to phone back 2015/10/30. I called back they processed my cancellation. Was told to phone back today if my cancellation hasn't been finalized by today. Phoned today was told that I never cancelled the contract! I canceled the contract again and asked for a reference number and was told they cant provide me with one.<br> <br> How do I cancel this ****** contract? Your call center is completely ***********.<br> Please cancel this contract.
