Can't cancel migration...

On Wednesday 22 March this week I receive a call from Vodacom to migrate my package which will give me more minutes and data. I was told that monthly cost would be R1099PM. I got the impression that this is for the entire package. We went through the entire procedure and at the end I asked the lady just to confirm that the total monthly charge will be R1099, which includes the handset. She said she'll check the handset charge. Waited a few moments and then she responded that the handset is R399 and then she greeted quickly and ended the call.

During the process she tol me that if I want to cancel the migration, I should just call 111 before the 31st of March, with the migration request number, to cancel the migration.

Upon further investigation I realized that my handset charge is R499PM and that the package will be R1099 and the total charge therefor R1598PM.

This morning, Saturday 25 March, I phone 111 and asked for the migration to be cancel, only to be informed that the migration has already been processed. Asked if she can undo this the response came: "Unfortunately not, apologies for the inconvenience." I asked what I can do to change this and was told shes not sure.

Vodacom, please cancel the migration request 1- ********** ********** .
