Can something this work as promised for once

Is it not wonderful when they want to sell you something they are on you like a rash....but when you need support then suddenly, they have disappeared. I have been without wifi for over 10 days; I have phoned 5 times and the only effort they have made is 1 phone call ....and of course still no wifi. I am paying for a service that is non-existent, which is in fact costing me money as i have to buy data to make a hotspot in order to work. Wishing we had companies who can deliver on their promises.
