can someone please assist

Yet again I got my phone back from vodacom head office and I wrote on the report that I want a refund not that useless phone I want to do my business somewhere were they actually care about their clients .... Can someone call me with an R number as I want to claim my refund from game... I hope the entire vodacom team is happy with the fact that its christmas and I can't even call my family and friends .. I don't want to see myself at that store ever again
