CAN SOMEONE CARE TO HELP?

I have a contract with vodacom, and my handset is insured for loss and damage. Last week I called vodacom insurance department to see whether or not I am covered for a broken screen on my device, the consultant checked for me and told me that I am indeed covered therefore I can take my device to the nearest vodacom repairs. On saturday the 13th July I booked my phone in for repairs at the vodacom repairs at Highveld mall in witbank, yesterday the 15th July 2019 I received an SMS as quoted" Vodacom repairs job no.***6 repair cost R3 972 .47. please contact VODACOM REPAIRS WITBANK *** within 2 days to accept/decline the quote. " I have tried to call the shop since yesterday to query the sms to no avail, I tried again this morning and afternoon still no answer. I do not understand why they suggest that I call them if they do not intend to answer my calls. I clearly stated that the device in question is insured by vodacom prior to booking it in. I need to understand what is happening or to accept/decline the quote.
