Can not receive calls or SMS's but can dial out

For the past 2 weeks I'm unable to receive calls or SMS's however my data works en I can dial out<br> A call has been logged with Vodacom ref S3-88636-6IYEA on the 30th of June 2015 and yet I have not receive any feedback and I'm still having issues. I'm paying for a service that I can not use. Its not the Handset as I have tried my sim in another phone
