Can not cancel Vodacom Insurance policy

I am rather dissapointed in the customer service that I have received from the Vodacom insurance. I have called the insurance call centre twice to cancel my insurance and to my surprise today it is listed on my invoice. Do I have to call the insurance call centre again to get my insurance cancelled?
