CAN NOT CALL CELL NUMBERS OTHER THAN VODAVOM
<p>Hi. From saturday I can not call any MTN numbers. I have logged a complain and now Vodacom tell me that it will take 24HOURS to escalate, and then another 24 Hours to fix. But at the end of the month I still need to pay my whole acccount on time. This is my 3rd complaint in the last month to vodacom regarding something and not one of my complaints have been resolved. Terrible service at best... </p>

Just when I thought I made progress with Vodacom.... Somebody actually did call met yesterday and made a lot of promises but here we are.... 24 Hours later and still I can't phone out to any numbers other than Vodacom.... What If I had to make a call in an emergency to a MTN number ..... Or if this was my peek business time????? After being a client for 15 years you service when downhill fast the last few months....
