Can not activate CLIP
I spent 3 days to try and activate my CLIP as I can not see any numbers of anyone that calls me. My line was converted to a Pre-paid over the last 2 weeks. Vodacom has escalated my matter until I got to a lady that said to me that I can not do it. I find this unacceptable. I need this function due to the volume of calls I receive. If I miss a call, I need to know who I need to contact back. I deal with Customers and it makes me very unprofessional. Not the kind of help I thought I would get. Disappointed to say the least.
