Can I just cancel my contract please!!!!!!!!

Vodacom is absolutely useless!!!!

Cancelling the service has been a nightmare! It’s like getting out of a bad marriage! The consultants have zero accountability, the divisions operate in silos, bad service from their consultants (Aliya and Vinesh at Cancellations & Retention division), I am in awe at how awful a company as big as Vodacom can be so out of touch. I am just looking to be treated with professionalism and have my issue sorted out. It shouldn’t be my problem that the divisions can’t collaborate or systems don’t speak to each other, I am a client who sees the company as one and I should have a seamless experience not be put from pillar to post with zero assistance still. Vinesh went as far as hanging up on me when I started questioning the inefficiencies!!!
