Can I give Vodacom a minus rating?

If there was a minus 5 star rating, Vodacom would win it hands down!!! Oh gosh, where to start with this now "too big for its boots" company ... Wait let's start at the beginning of June when my husband and I first requested a fibre line. Vumatel had just finished the infrastructure installation, so we called Vodacom because well, both my husband and I are Vodacom clients. A quiet spoken young Cape Tonion came to see and from there, things went down hill fast. We completed an application and were told that Vumatel/Vodacom would contact us within 21 days ... ha, ha, ha! We made all the phone calls to be told at various times that our request had been cancelled, and then reinstated and then cancelled and then ... so we eventually did cancel, and a week after choosing a different service provider (who got the job done in 4 working days) a representative from your organisation called to check whether our fibre had been installed, like ***??? Thanks to your lack of expediency, my husband and I missed out on a month's income, never mind the brand damage to our businesses. Then of course there was the foul up with my upgrade last year, and the disgusting customer service I received at your Eastgate store ... So yes Vodacom, if you want me to renew at the end of my contract, some thing's gotta change!
