CALVIN VODACOM NORTHGATE
Hi, I recently sent a review on the terrible service of the Vodacom Insurance company.
I would like to comment that this has now been sorted out but I have a HUGE compliment to the following:
Calvin at Vodacom Northgate, your service and attitude are superb, you were with me from start to finish and went above and beyond in helping me. Vodacom you need to get Calvin to hold some customer relationship conferences as all staff could learn from him behaviour. Calvin many thanks for this service in an industry that seems to have forgotten that without customers there would be no industry. Thanks Calvin 10 stars to you *******
